What you can bring from an existing CRM
Most CRMs let you export data as CSV. In 4softcrm you can import contacts, companies, leads and deals, each with its standard fields and the custom fields you created. Bring companies first and then contacts and deals, so the links between them can be matched. Notes and activity history depend on what the old tool exports; whatever does not fit a field can be kept in a custom field.
From HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce and Zoho
All four tools — and almost any other CRM or a spreadsheet — offer a CSV export. The route into 4softcrm is the same for each: export the records, open the import, map the columns to 4softcrm fields and run it. There are no dedicated connectors to these products; the CSV import with mapping is what makes the move work regardless of the source.
Deduplication and data quality on import
Data from an old CRM is almost always dirty: duplicate contacts, companies spelled several ways, empty fields. On import, 4softcrm detects duplicates by email (contacts, leads), by name or by VAT number (companies), and you decide whether duplicates are skipped or updated. Clean the file before importing and start the new CRM with a tidy database.
Why the switch can be worth it
Moving to 4softcrm gives you a visual pipeline with rotting deals, rule-based lead scoring and automations, numbered quote documents and reports, in plans priced by team size (5, 25, 50 or 100 users). Data is hosted in the EU, GDPR-compliant, and the CRM is part of the 4b2b ecosystem — messages through 4notify, invoices through 4invoices.
