How a lead’s score is computed
Each scoring rule has three parts: the field it checks (industry, number of employees, source, a custom field), the condition (equals, greater than, contains) and the points it adds or subtracts. When a lead or deal is created or updated, 4softcrm evaluates your rules and computes the total. The result is a number you can sort and filter by — and because you defined every rule, you always know why a lead scored high.
Why rules you control
A score is useful only if the team trusts it. With rule-based scoring the logic is explicit: the sales manager decides what matters (the right industry, the right company size, a lead that came from a referral) and can explain every number. When you notice that a criterion no longer predicts anything, you change its points and the score follows. No hidden model, no waiting for the system to "learn".
From score to the right rep
The score is only useful if the lead reaches someone quickly. 4softcrm can assign new leads automatically — round-robin, by current load or by the first matching rule (for example by region or industry). Once qualified, the lead is converted into a deal and enters the pipeline with its history, so nothing is retyped.
Data in the EU and part of the 4b2b ecosystem
Scoring runs on data hosted in the European Union, GDPR-compliant. The leads you score can come from the web forms, from a CSV import with field mapping and deduplication, or from your own systems through the API and webhooks, and the company registry search (Romania and Estonia) helps you fill in company details before you qualify them.
