From deal to quote, inside the CRM
As the deal moves forward, you generate a numbered quote from its record, with the lines and prices agreed with the customer. Once the quote is accepted you press “Issue invoice”: the customer details and the quote lines go to 4invoices, without re-entering them.
The invoice is checked and issued in 4invoices, part of the 4b2b ecosystem. 4softcrm prepares the document and keeps the link to the deal; it does not issue fiscal documents itself.
How it works, step by step
The deal moves forward
From the deal or company record you create a numbered quote with lines: description, quantity, price and VAT.
The quote is accepted
You mark the quote as accepted. It stays linked to the deal, the company and the contact it was sent to.
Issue invoice
One click sends the customer (name, tax ID, address, email) and the quote lines to 4invoices, in the quote’s currency. A second press does not issue a second invoice.
The invoice shows up in 4invoices
It arrives there as a draft, where you check and issue it. The quote receives the invoice reference and becomes read-only.
What stays in the CRM
The quote keeps its number, value, validity and invoice reference, so the deal history shows at a glance what was offered and what was invoiced.
What 4softcrm does not do here
It does not send payment links and does not receive the payment status back from 4invoices. You follow the payment in 4invoices, and if you want it on the deal too, you note it as an activity.
